
How did you hear about FAT?
I first heard about Kevin through a rugby friend back in France.
Already working as a coach there, Kevin introduced me to FAT.
Then I got to know the brand a bit better through social media.
Describe yourself in 3 words :)
ambitious, pragmatic and risk-taker.
What is your health and fitness background?
I started sports very young: rugby at 4 years old, then judo, horse riding, running, adventure racing, mountain biking, surfing…
But rugby has been the dominant sport in my life, taking me to a high level in France (Elite U23 with Castres).
During my years at the University of Toulouse, I discovered CrossFit, which shaped me both as an athlete and as a coach.
Today, I’m an athlete who aims to perform in multiple sports, what interests me most is versatility.
What are your top 3 pieces of advice to build a healthy routine?
Organisation, Discipline and Clear goals.
Do you have any 2026 fitness/lifestyle goals?
Of course I do, but I’m keeping them for myself for the moment 😉

What is your favourite and worst exercise?
Favourite: Clean
Least favourite: Everything that requires strong thoracic opening : Snow Angels, Arch holds and overhead pressing movements like the Strict Press or OVH squat that demand a lot of shoulder mobility, what I don't have.
Which advice would you give to a FAT first timer?
Arrive on time, enjoy it, and don’t overthink.
What would you like to learn or focus on for 2026?
Professionally: improving my coaching in English.
Personally: building a stronger daily routine.
