Group Session

This full body conditioning workout focuses on improving your strength, speed and endurance as well as testing your coordination and range of motion. Embrace the outdoors and have fun in a group based environment. Here at FAT we make sure that no workout is the same to keep you and your body guessing.


FAT Boxing Club

Train with your friends or others who are working toward similar goals. Small groups are never more than 4 people which still allows you to experience the energy of group training, however with your specific goals and training in mind. These classes are boxing and conditioning focused.


Private Session

Training 1-on-1 with us allows you to work on personalised goals and results-directed training. We’ll assess you regularly and push you through programs that will get you where you want to be. You’ll learn correct form, nutrition protocols and training programs that will give you the confidence to train by yourself too.
